TrackIron requires Google sign-in (there is no guest mode). You can delete your data using the options below.

1. Delete data on your device (instant)

Most TrackIron data — including workout logs, nutrition entries, progress history, and preferences — stays on your phone. To remove it:

  1. Open Settings on your Android device.
  2. Go to AppsTrackIron.
  3. Tap StorageClear data (or Clear storage).

Alternatively, uninstall the app. This removes all local data.

You can also use Sign out in the app to end your session and remove local auth tokens. Signing out does not delete your local workout or nutrition history, and does not delete cloud data — use Section 2 for that.

2. Request deletion of cloud (server) data

Because you sign in with Google, the app may store data on Supabase (the cloud backend), including:

Your full workout log, nutrition log, and hydration settings are not stored on the server and cannot be deleted remotely — they exist only on your device (Section 1).

What I will delete on request

When you email a valid deletion request, I will delete matching records from Supabase, typically including:

I will respond within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days.
